How the foundation looks after the information of donors, students, families and volunteers.
What we keep
- Donors: name, phone number, country, area, and the donations you gave (amount, date, purpose).
- Students: name, class, program, monthly need and — only if a guardian agrees — a photo and short story.
- Team members and collectors: name, role, area and phone number.
- Help requests from the Apply page are NOT saved on this website. They go straight to the foundation's official WhatsApp number.
What is shown publicly
- Donors appear on the donor wall only if they agree. Otherwise only totals are shown.
- Students are hidden by default. The public sees only a student code, class, program and need — no name, photo, area or story — unless a guardian has given written consent.
- Authorized collectors' names and numbers are public on purpose, so anyone can check a collector on the Verify page before giving money.
Who can see private information
- Only admins approved by the foundation can log in to the records.
- Every change to money, collectors, payment accounts and admin access is recorded (who, when, what changed).
- Money records are never deleted; mistakes are cancelled with a written reason.
Photos
- Photos are resized and cleaned automatically before upload, which removes hidden location (GPS) and camera data.
Stay safe
- The foundation never asks for passwords, PIN codes or OTPs.
- Only send donations to the accounts on the Donate page or to a collector confirmed on the Verify page.
